Terms and Conditions
1- General Guarantee Provisions:
-To benefit from warranty services, please make sure that the original invoice is available for the product in order to verify the serial number and the validity of the warranty period
-The period of maintenance and detection of faults takes 15 working days, as a maximum, for faults covered by the warranty.
2-The guarantee does not apply in the following cases:
- If the product is attempted to be repaired by any unauthorized service center by the product seller, or it was damaged by a shock to the body of the product such as a broken screen or dents and dents that may cause the product not to work, or be damaged by liquids such as immersing the product or spraying any electronic product with water Or other liquids, or if the indicator changes color or the presence of water inside the device.
- Use non-original accessories with the product you purchased.
- Remove the serial number on the product.
- Misuse of or misuse of the product other than for its intended purpose or in a way that violates the manufacturer's instructions for operation and
3- Return and exchange policy
- Return and exchange within 10 days from the date the customer received the product.
- This policy applies to the product being in its sealed packaging and in the same original condition when purchased.
- Products that have been opened and have a manufacturing defect can be exchanged for the same product
- The original purchase invoice must be attached when starting the procedures for replacing or returning products to match the serial numbers of the device.
- The customer has the option to retrieve the value of his purchases or replace it with another product, as the customer chooses.
4- Exclusions not covered by the return and exchange policy:
- Malfunctions and damages resulting from misuse.
- The change in colors or any other appearance compared to the product when it was received during the purchase process and as recorded in the purchase invoice.
How to refund:
-That have been delivered, we will refund the full value of the product subject to return (excluding the fees that were paid to ship the product to you),
provided that you bear the cost of the fees for returning the product to us.
-It applies if they are defective products or if the reason for the return is due to an error on our part, such as error in pricing or description, or delay in
delivery beyond the agreed date, and so on.
-For all other cases, we will refund the value of the product that is subject to return (excluding the fees that were paid to ship the product to you)
Procedures for refund
5-The refund will be the same as the way you paid it, as follows:
- If you have paid the value with a mada card, we will return the value to your card immediately after submitting the return request to the bank, or if you have
paid the value using a credit card, it will take 15 days for the amount to be returned to the credit card from the date the return request is submitted to the
- In cases of bank transfer, the amount will be returned to the customer's account.
